All Exotic Designs services are delivered digitally. No physical products or media are shipped. There are no postal or shipping costs.
Deliverables are provided via: Figma shared file links (design source files), live website URL (for developed sites), email documentation (guides, redirect maps, component notes), and video walkthrough sessions on request.

All timelines are estimates. Actual delivery depends on revision speed, Client feedback turnaround, and complexity discovered during the project.
Delivery is confirmed by email from hello@exotic-designs.com containing deliverable links or a live URL. If you have not received confirmation within the estimated timeline, contact us immediately.
If post-launch support hours were purchased, they are available for 60 days from the date of final delivery. Hours are used by email request. Unused hours within this period are forfeited — they represent reserved developer capacity.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not provided required materials or feedback within 10 business days of a request, the project is placed on hold. Work resumes when materials arrive. The timeline adjusts accordingly.
