Yes. We work fluently in Italian and English. All deliverables can be in either language.
Revisions are structured into defined rounds, not rolling. You review all deliverables together, provide consolidated feedback, and we implement all changes at once. Open-ended feedback after rounds close is billed at the hourly rate.
Yes — three case studies are documented on the Work page. The portfolio is deliberately small. We only document projects where we have clean data and client permission to be specific.

The post-launch support period is active for your bundle. During this time, minor changes and issues are covered. Anything beyond that scope is billed at the hourly rate.
No. We configure and deploy to your hosting or a provider we recommend. Italian providers (Aruba, Register.it) or international (WP Engine, Kinsta) depending on the project.
Full refund before brief session. Partial on pro-rata basis before first deliverable. No refund after first design deliverable is sent. Full details in our Refund Policy.
